Shipping Information:

We currently offer online buying to our US customer's only. If you are interested in buying our products from outside the US, please send us a mail with your contact information at orders@andregarciacases.com.

For shipping we offer UPS. The cost of shipping is calculated by UPS at real time based on your shipping address.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If in case product you received is damaged, we will gladly replace the product.

We expect our products to delight you, but for any reason if you need to return any product**, we will gladly take the product back and charge you only the restocking fee* and shipping cost. Before returning a product please call us to get Return Authorization Number(RAN) for the product that you would like to return. All exchanges must be done within the first 30 days of the original purchase date.

**Cigar Cases which has customer's intials embossed do not qualify for return.

*For return, products that are in NOT in sealed condition will be charged a re stocking fee $10.

For orders that are not shipped there is no cancellation charge and we request you to call us immediately to report the cancellation by email or phone with the order no. For orders that are already shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost incurred in shipping the product and we will refund your money as soon as we receive the shipment back.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. After placing a order, when can I expect to recieve the tracking number for my shipment ?

Products that are marked as 1-3 weeks can take up to 3 weeks to ship. The shipping method chosen does not impact this schedule.

Products that are marked for immediate availability are shipped the next day from the US. But it is possible that under certain circumstances an item may not be available for immediate shipping.

We shall send you the tracking number before the order is ready to be shipped.



2. My tracking number is not recognized by the shipping company.

In most cases it may take time before the tracking number is entered by the shipping company in the online tracking database. However we do not have control over these and we request you to follow up with the shipping company directly for the status if you are anxious.

3. I chose UPS, but the tracking number I received is not UPS

For orders that are directly fulfilled from our Andre Garcia Factory, the orders will ship from Calcutta, India and may be delivered to you via FedEx or DHL or UPS international priority. You will be not charged with international shipping cost in such occasions.

4. Why do we offer UPS as the only shipping option?

We understand the importance of been able to track a shipment. UPS offers tracking for all shipments. Further to ensure that we have valid delivery address, we use UPS online tools integrated with our store to do address verification. The UPS online tools validate the correctness of the address.

For delivery address that has an APO,we are unable to use UPS, and hence we use USPS Priority Mail for APO delivery addresses.

NOTICE: UPS assumes no liability for the information provided by the address validation functionality. The address validation functionality does not support the identification or verification of occupants at an address.



5. Can Ash & Burn assist with business gift giving and large orders?

Ash & Burn is committed in providing dedicated assistance with business gift giving. Our program is designed to fulfill your large orders and gift-giving needs all year-round. Choose from a broad array of cigar cases. If you do not see an article that is not listed we can work with you to make custom cases just for your need. In custom cases we offer you to choose from a wide selection of leather and design. We also offer custom embossing and engraving on the articles based on your need.

6. What happens if the package was lost or stolen after Shipping company delivered the order at the final destination.

We go by the Shipping Companies record for delivery confirmation. Please note that by default, all shipments sent do not automatically offer optional "Delivery Confirmation Signature Required" Service.

If you require " Signature based Delivery Confirmation", please add a note while placing an order or email us. Kindly, note that these are additional cost based services offered by the shipping company, and your final shipping cost may need to be adjusted to reflect the correct cost of shipping that includes the above optional services.

We are unable to accept responsibilities for unfortunate loss or stolen merchandise, after UPS delivers the product to the recorded destination address.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

We request you to review the final shipping address before placing your order. In the event there is an error in address in the received order, and the shipping company requires to make address correction at the time of final delivery, we would contact you and your account will be charged for this additional amount as per actual basis.

In the event the address in the received order is valid but not the intended address, you will have to assume responsibility to retrieve such shipment.

8. Customs and Other Duties,only applicable for international destinations, outside the US.

For international orders, please note that we do not collect any duty or surcharge tax fees on behalf of customs or other government agencies. In all occassions, you shall be responsible for paying customs duty clearance fee to retrieve your shipment. In the event the duty is not paid, the shipment may not reach you, hence we request you to contact the shipping company directly from your local end using your shipment tracking number.

9. Handling/Damage during Customs clearance.

We are not responsible for damage arising to the product or its packaging during handling by customs.

10. Bulk Order Cancellation Fee.

Order value over $1000 would incurr a cancellation fee, after 15 days, if the order is cancelled. The exact amount of cancellation fee is determined as per actual basis and usually the amount equals the credit card processing fee.

11. What if the Order is already shipped and I decide to cancel the order.

In such situations there will be a full refund on the purchase price of the products only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

All refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the shipment. The buyer must pay for the return shipping.
